The tip this week is for your rhythm dances.
The main thing I want to point out is to keep your toes connected to floor at all times. The first thing you should do is flex the knee of the moving leg then realease the heel. Then, take the step applying light pressure with the ball of the foot to the floor.This will help with balance and foot control. The next tip is: don't dance on only your toes. There are times when you need to put presure on your heel also.
