We will be doing a warm up prior to class, just some low impact exercises to help strenghthen your coordination and conditioning for ballroom dancing.
NO PARTNER NECESSARY
PRIVATE LESSONS ALSO AVAILABLE
Private lessons are one hour. Private instruction can be for a single person or a couple. On rare occasions, we can do small private groups.
Prices are as follows
1 hr private $50
1 hr Group $60 up to six people $5 each additional person
